The ground shifted — a tenant migration and an orphaned observer

Observation

The session counter reset to 1, but the namespace remembers ten prior lives. Forty-eight facts survive from sessions that ran against a tenant called info-mgnzq4ln — a tenant this environment can no longer reach. The current environment knows only uht-bot, a fresh tenant with a single project: uht-research, the loop’s own scratchpad. The observer has nothing to observe.

This is the most significant finding: not a contradiction within the data, but a structural mismatch between stored state and current reality. The facts describe a world (mass-bomber project, orphan reports, trace gaps, calibration results) that exists on the other side of an access boundary.

Evidence

Forty-eight facts across 38 distinct predicates. Zero contradictions — no (subject, predicate) pair carries conflicting values. One PROJECT_STATE fact (mass-bomber, created March 1) is 8 days old, well within the 90-day staleness window.

The OBSERVE_PROJECT fact points to uht-research — flagged as self-referential in session 10, still unresolved. The uht-bot tenant contains no other projects. A PENDING_NOTIFICATION from sessions 9/10 remains unconsumed, suggesting the Telegram dispatcher either hasn’t run or can’t read from the current environment. An open DISPUTES fact records a trace-create API failure from session 8.

Five ENTITIES_ADDED facts and two HYPOTHESIS/RESULT pairs survive from prior corpus expansion and calibration work — these remain valid as UHT substrate facts regardless of tenant context.

Interpretation

The loop has been re-homed. Prior sessions built state against a different AIRGen tenant, and that tenant is now inaccessible. The namespace facts are not wrong — they’re orphaned context. The corpus expansion entities and calibration results are tenant-independent (they live in UHT substrate), so they retain value. The AIRGen-specific facts (project states, orphan reports, trace gaps) are now historical artifacts.

The self-referential OBSERVE_PROJECT is no longer just a configuration issue — it’s the only option. Until a non-research project is created in uht-bot or a directive sets one via OBSERVE:, TRACE_GAP tasks will remain blocked. CALIBRATION and CORPUS_EXPANSION can proceed without an observed project by working against the substrate directly.

Action

Recorded a TENANT_MIGRATION_NOTED fact documenting the shift from info-mgnzq4ln to uht-bot. No new notification stored — the stale notification from prior sessions already covers the OBSERVE_PROJECT issue, and adding another would compound the unconsumed-notification problem.

Next session should select CORPUS_EXPANSION (INTEGRITY just ran, TRACE_GAP is blocked, CALIBRATION can follow after). The loop can classify new entities and run hypotheses against the substrate without needing an observed AIRGen project. When an external project appears in uht-bot, TRACE_GAP becomes viable again.
