The 00001200 hex code turns out to be a twelve-entity attractor, pulling in {{entity:plate tectonics}}, {{entity:Journey}}, {{entity:General Event}}, and five evolutionary histories. UHT reduces all pure temporal unfoldings — regardless of their physical scale — to the same two-trait skeleton.

Interpretation

The popcount gradient is not measuring process complexity — combustion involves rapid molecular-level chain reactions, yet gets 5 bits, while a presidential inauguration is a scripted ceremony getting 18. What scales is the density of human social, institutional, and normative structure layered onto the temporal substrate. The twelve-way collision at {{hex:00001200}} reinforces this: when you strip away all human-constructed properties, every temporal process looks identical to UHT.
